// This is an anthology of short stories written by various African women //
Greetings fam, I hope that you are all well, alive and kickin. We're glad to announce that the long awaited anthology featuring 20 great writers from around the world is finally out and available for download. Yes, I'm talking about "The Different Shades of a Feminine Mind". We managed to publish the anthology on the 9th of October online, and we're grateful that the launch had an audience of over 50 people. So far, the book has already received over 200 downloads, so make sure you get your copy ASAP. The Radioactive Blog is really delighted and honored to work with Afriwowri (African women writers) Literary Project in collaboration with Writivism, The Sparkle Writers Hub and Africa Matters on their first anthology, and once you read the book, you'll understand why this needs to be an annual project.
The book is available for free download here / (you can also read it online on ISSUU or before you download the book on Google Drive). This is an anthology of short stories which explores diverse feminine themes from a woman’s perspective (and it's also dedicated to all African women using their voice and owning their narrative). The purpose is to curate fresh, unique and startling voices telling a holistic collection of daily African experiences which appreciates the nuances in each story. The book features stories from writers from Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Namibia, Zambia, Uganda, Kenya, Botswana, and the United States.
